Leather gloves for all reasons, gloves that work across seasons!
Guardova is an in house brand for long standing leather goods manufacturer, Jiwanram Group. These gloves are being sold D2C via Amazon USA and Amazon UK, and the founder wanted packaging that stands out from their competition. It was also important to highlight the different USPs of each pair of gloves because they are designed for specific uses.
To differentiate Guardova from its competitors, we came up with the idea of putting the packaging in a Tool Kit Since most of these gloves were used for industrial purposes, the tool box seemed like a fitting metaphor. This presented a couple benefits:
1. The toolbox gave us handles that makes carrying out these gloves around easy
2. The packaging is made in a way that the boxes can be used to store the gloves in ones home, car or workshop!
In all of the alternate options presented to the client, we came up with unique structures that are not commonly seen for gloves packaging. The goal was to create something that would not be thrown away as soon as the product reached the consumer - but would be integral to the usage of the gloves subsequently.
